What's inside?

Each month your envelope will always include a hand-painted 5x7 Watercolor Print, a story from the world of Hidden Hollow, and several other goodies. That's where the magic lives. We believe the best gifts are the ones you don't see coming — so we leave a little room for wonder every single month. 

Pricing

US deliveries are $12/month. For our international friends it's just $14/month — a little extra postage to make sure your Hidden Hollow Post finds its way home. Tax and shipping is already included in the monthly price!

When will you be charged?

When you first join, you will be charged immediately. After that, card payments go through every month on the 28th. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Shipping Details

Your letter will be mailed out on or around the 11th of each month. To make sure that you receive the issue for that month, remember to subscribe by the 10th. Otherwise, you will receive the issue for the following month.

Remember, this is snail mail, so no tracking number will be provided. Please also consider this as you wait for your letter to arrive. After it is sent out, it may be 7-14 business days before it arrives. If you're one of our worldwide friends, it could be 2-4 weeks.

Cancel Anytime

No commitment. No hassle. We know things can get tough sometimes, so cancel anytime to stop future mailings. We do not offer refunds after your payment has been processed. Need help? Just reach out to us at hiddenhollowpost@gmail.com and we will take care of you.

Can I gift this subscription?

Yes! When subscribing, simply enter the recipient's name and mailing address on the account. The envelope will be addressed to them, and they'll feel the magic of finding mail with their name on it each month.

What if my envelope gets lost in the mail?

Because each issue travels the old-fashioned way — with a postage stamp and no tracking — your letter occasionally takes its time. Most arrive within 7-14 business days in the US, or 2-4 weeks internationally. If yours hasn't shown up after that window, just email us at hiddenhollowpost@gmail.com and we'll send a free replacement. No envelope left behind.

Is this good for kids?

Absolutely! Hidden Hollow Post is made by Abigail and Allen, a husband and wife team who designed this with their own family in mind. It's made to share with your children or just for you to enjoy for yourself.

When will I be charged, and when will my first envelope arrive?

Your first charge happens immediately when you subscribe. After that, you'll be charged on the 28th of each month. Envelopes mail out on or around the 11th. If you join by the 10th of any month, you'll receive that month's edition. If you join after the 10th, your first envelope will be the following month's.

Do you offer one-time purchases or past issues?

Not yet! Right now, Hidden Hollow Post is only available as a monthly subscription. We're hoping to offer past issues for individual purchase in the future — follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when that day arrives.
